Autonomous Game Multi-Agent Squad (tbaMUD)

  • Built a complete agent framework in Ruby and ported it to Python across 12 incremental steps, then evolved it into a multi-agent "squad" — a manager orchestrating 7 specialist sub-agents (connection, reset, map, grind, observability, trace, grafana) registered as tools with zero framework changes
  • Wired OpenTelemetry tracing through every agent span into Jaeger and Grafana, and built a live bulletin-board dashboard streaming the character's level, gold, XP, HP/mana/MV, location, and kill feed in real time while the squad plays
